Bergmann & Associates are a registered NATO supplier with NCAGE (Certificate 1917H). NCAGE is a unique identifier for manufacturers, suppliers, agencies and government departments. Any foreign company wishing to do business with the Government of the USA must first acquire an NCAGE certification number. The NATO Codification System provides a common "language of logistics", supporting effectiveness of armed forces, reducing costs and facilitating both national and coalition operations. The System has been agreed by all signatories of the Alliance and sponsored non-NATO nations.

Bergmann & Associates maintain an active registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) the primary registrant database for the U.S. Federal Government. SAM collects, validates, stores and disseminates data in support of US Government agency acquisition missions. This is the database used by all parts of the US Federal Government when searching for service providers.

Adam Bergmann is a founding and active member of the Poland Country Council of the Overseas Security Advisory Council, coordinated in association with the US Department of State.
